The service

Avyth Money — Four Avyth money tools on one page: Statement Converter, Statement Insight, Recurring Charges and Payoff Lab. Drop in your bank statements once and convert them, read them, and find what recurs; plan your debt payoff beside them. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded. Statements stay in the page's memory until you close it; the Debt plan saves your figures in this browser on your device so you can come back to them, and you can clear them any time. We work hard to make it reliable, and it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It is a software tool, not professional (legal, financial, or safety) advice.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, probe or disrupt our systems, or resell it without written permission. We may suspend access that harms the service or other users.

Payments and refunds

Paid features are billed as shown at purchase. Change your mind for any reason within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full — no form, no questions. If something you paid for doesn't work as described, tell us any time and we will put it right or refund you. To ask for either, email support@avyth.com. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live, including any statutory right to cancel a digital purchase.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avyth LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
