What we collect

• Email address (only if you submit the signup form)
• Licence key (only if you paste one) — sent to api.avyth.com to verify it, and kept in this browser's storage so it stays unlocked
• Avyth sign-in check — when you open a tab with a paid tier (Convert, Insights, Debt plan) or a bank guide, the page asks api.avyth.com whether an Avyth account is signed in and includes that tool; that request carries your avyth.com sign-in cookie if you have one and the tool's name, nothing else. avyth.com's own privacy policy covers your account
• Checkout request — only when you click Subscribe: the page sends api.avyth.com the line you chose (a tool's own line or Everything) with your avyth.com sign-in cookie if you have one, so the purchase belongs to your account, then takes you to the checkout page. avyth.com's own privacy policy covers your account and payment
• Usage counts — how many times a day the site is viewed, a tool is used, Subscribe is clicked and a checkout opens; one number per day, with no visitor identifier

That list is complete apart from one mechanism: form submissions and usage counts carry the daily-rotating spam-protection code described under “Where it lives” below. We do not sell personal data, we do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not build cross-site profiles. Usage measurement is limited to the counts listed above: how many times a day this site is viewed, a tool is used, Subscribe is clicked and a checkout opens. Each is a single number per day — no cookie, no visitor identifier, no IP address, no third party — and it cannot be traced back to you.

What stays on your device

Never sent to us, and we cannot read it:

• Statements you open: read in this page's memory only, gone when you close or reload the page
• Debt plan figures: saved in this browser's storage after you calculate, so they are there when you come back; clear them any time from the Debt plan tab
• Your light/dark choice: saved in this browser's storage

Kept on your device, and used to check your subscription with us:

• A licence key you paste: saved in this browser's storage and sent to api.avyth.com each time it is checked (listed above)
• If your Avyth account unlocks a tool: a note in this browser's storage of that and when it was last checked, with no key in it; the note itself is not sent, the check is the sign-in request listed above

Why we collect it

To operate this product, to notify you about it if you asked us to, and to understand in aggregate how it is used so we can improve it.

Where it lives and how long

Submitted data is stored on infrastructure we control in the United States. Requests reach us through two infrastructure providers who act as processors: Vercel (site hosting) and Cloudflare (network) — both may briefly process request metadata such as IP addresses in their standard logs. We do not store your IP address; a daily-rotating pseudonymous code derived from it accompanies form submissions and usage counts for spam protection and is unreadable without our server-side secret. Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.

Your rights

Email support@avyth.com to access, correct, or delete your data — we honor requests within 30 days, and sooner in practice. EU/UK visitors: our lawful basis is consent (forms you submit). California visitors: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date above changes with it and the change is described here.
